Who We Serve

UCP/CLASS works with people of all abilities ranging from people with the most serve disabilities to individuals with disabilities who benefit from occasional supervision. We typically serve adults with disabilities ages 18 to 59. However, we do have opportunities for children through our UCP Kids Program as well as seniors through our Attendant Care Program.

Through our long-term residential options, in home programs, and non-traditional case management, we are assisting people with meeting their personal goals. The ultimate goal of these programs is to facilitate individuals in meeting their fundamental goals of making community connections, which will hopefully lead to long lasting relationships.
