UCP/CLASS Announces Date for Spring Participant Art Show

UCP/CLASS is proud to announce the date for the opening night of the second annual “Painting without Limitations” participant art show. This year’s show will be held Friday, April 30, 2010 from 4pm to 8pm. The art will feature work from any participant who attends Centre Services. Participants receive 100% of the profits if their artwork is sold.

As a fundraiser for this program, the Adaptive Art classes have also assembled a 2010 calendar featuring the different paintings that have been created throughout the year. The price of the calendars is $15 and they can be purchased at the show. In addition to the calendars, ‘ZInes will be on sale for $1. ‘Zines are a collection of work created by several participants and placed into a booklet. 

All of the participants are extremely excited to see their work hung around the Centre. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy an evening full of friends, refreshments, wonderful art, and live music. Please tell your friends. If you cannot make it to opening night, the art will be hung until May 14^th. We hope to see you there!
