The 2010 Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community was held at Flagstaff Hill in Schenley Park. Despite the rainy conditions, it was very fun event and we had a great turnout. Thank you everyone for your support!
The 2010 Journey of Hope North team from Push America made their annual visit to the UCP/CLASS Community Centre for a friendship visit with the staff and the participants.
On June 25th, UCP/CLASS staff and participants gathered on the North Shore to advocate for representation in the state budget. The rally was organized by the Consumer Health Coalition.
Each year the UCP/CLASS staff gather at Gold Lot 1 on the North Shore for an evening of corn hole, tailgating, and baseball. Despite the Pirates loss, everyone had a wonderful time.
In honor of the 20th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, UCP/CLASS along with three other organizations held a celebration at Station Square.
Each year UCP/CLASS recognizes all of the staff for the hard work throughout the year. Thank you to all of our staff who help make our organization successful.
The 2010 South Side Summer Open was the first South Side Summer Open to completely sell out! All 150 teams grabbed their putters and hit the South Side for a great day of mini golf.
The UCP/CLASS 59th Annual Meeting welcomed all of the new board members from our mergers with the MSSS and ACRC. The keynote speaker was Diana Bucco from the Forbes Funds.
UCP/CLASS held an open house to showcase the two new side-by-side townhomes at the Waterfront Ridge in Whitaker. Four gentlemen that are currently supported by UCP/CLASS will move into the homes mid-January.
Monte Carlo Night is an event held in collaboration with the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Guests could place bets in their favorite casino games and take chances to win several fabulous prizes.
On December 18, 2009, the Skill Building Team celebrated their Fall Term Graduation. Al Condeluci, Jack Snook, Genevieve Shannon, and Dave Peters spoke at the event. Congratulations, Dan!
