Computer Class

Starting this semester, I have been attending a computer class every Tuesday with Bill M.  So far, I have really enjoyed this class. Although I cannot use my hands to help me navigate the system, I have an assistant who helps me use the computer. Bill has taught me and the rest of the class how to use different programs on the computer, as well as how to print documents. The other day the class and I learned how to look up information on the internet. I decided to look up facts on the Americans with Disabilities Act or the ADA. The information I found was noteworthy, so I decided to print it out and use it for my class, Disabilities Rights, which I have every Friday. I also learned how to explore the internet website, YouTube. On YouTube, I was able to find folk music performances—folk music is my favorite genre of music. I’m excited to see what I will be learning next Tuesday in class.
