Throughout the year, UCP/CLASS holds several special events. Without the members of our community, our events would not be as successful as they are. People will be able to not only learn more about our events, but also hear how these events impact our organization. We would love to hear from those of you who also enjoy our events.

A Special Night Honoring Heroes

One of my favorite nights of the year was held last Wednesday, the Community Heroes Awards Dinner. This was the 18th year for the event and marked the tenth dinner I attended. It was also the tenth dinner that I helped with various tasks to make happen and each year I learn about champions in the Pittsburgh area that I may not have known. This year was no different and it is always rewarding sharing these heroes stories with our guests.
