Unemployment Insurance Claims

UCP/CLASS assists the Consumer Employer in managing the state’s unemployment process when their Direct Care Worker is no longer employed by them. UCP/CLASS helps the Consumer Employer understand the costs and tax requirements associated with the unemployment process.

The Resource Coordinator will help the employer understand when Direct Care Workers are eligible for unemployment, so the consumer can explain this to their employees.
