CSPPPD

The Community Services Program for Persons with Physical Disabilities, more commonly known as CSPPPD, enables adults with physical disabilities to live as independently as possible. Supports coordinators assist participants in coordinating their services based on the individuals need and available support. By basing services on an individual’s needs, the CSPPPD Coordinator can also help the person apply for other services in their community that they may be interested in.

UCP/CLASS provides Support Coordination to consumers who are enrolled in any of the CSPPPD waivers including OBRA, Independence, and COMMCARE.

The CSPPPD program provides Supports Coordination to the following counties: Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence and Westmoreland. The Erie office of UCP/CLASS currently provides Supports Coordination to individuals in Erie, Crawford, Mercer and Venango counties.
